With so many relationship doubts and modern interactions starting online, our service was created to provide peace of mind. We offer a discreet, completely anonymous way to see who any public account follows — and who follows them — while safeguarding your confidentiality at every step.

Instagram intentionally displays following lists in non-chronological, algorithmic order. For individuals wanting clarity, finding recent follows manually was nearly impossible. We built our platform to bring transparency to public digital footprints.

FollowerTracker uses publicly available Instagram data to show you who an account has recently followed and who has recently followed them. Simply enter any public Instagram username, and our engine retrieves their latest follow activity within seconds.

For tracked profiles, we provide automated monitoring: our background engine takes periodic snapshots and detects new follow or unfollow events, immediately notifying you via email and your private dashboard so you never have to check manually.

FollowerTracker accesses strictly public web data that Instagram publishes on its public interface. Because our system does not authenticate as you or anyone else on Instagram, the tracked account has zero way of knowing a search occurred.

Instagram notifications (such as Story view alerts or follow requests) only fire on authenticated user interactions. Retrieving public roster data generates zero interactions, zero follow requests, and zero alerts. It is a 100% passive, read-only process from start to finish.

Our service operates on the established legal principle that public data published openly on the World Wide Web can be read and organized without requiring special publisher consent. This legal interpretation was upheld in hiQ Labs v. LinkedIn (9th Cir., 2022), confirming that accessing publicly accessible web data does not violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA).

Our platform is designed strictly for personal analytics and legitimate informational research. Using surfaced data for harassment or unlawful surveillance strictly violates our Terms of Service.

We collect the bare minimum data necessary: your account email for passwordless OTP logins and alerts, and billing metadata managed through Stripe. Full card details are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) and never touch our servers.

All network traffic is encrypted via 256-bit TLS/SSL. Under GDPR, you have the absolute right to complete data erasure: you can instantly delete your account and all stored snapshot histories via Settings at any time.
