1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using CheckLastFollow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

The Service is strictly intended for individuals aged 13 and older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

CheckLastFollow is a web-based analytics utility that periodically records public Instagram follower and following counts to calculate differences over time. The Service provides comparative intelligence reports indicating newly detected follows and unfollows based exclusively on publicly accessible data.

3. Public Data Only — No Private Account Access

CheckLastFollow operates exclusively on publicly available information. We do not access, bypass, or monitor private Instagram accounts. You agree and acknowledge that:

• Any attempt to use the Service to circumvent privacy walls or access non-public content is strictly prohibited.
• We do not collect or intercept Instagram passwords or private session credentials.
• If an account is set to private, connection tracking cannot be initialized.

4. Prohibited Uses & Anti-Harassment Policy

You agree to use CheckLastFollow solely for legitimate personal analysis or brand research. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or unlawfully monitor any individual.
• Deploy automated bots, scrapers, or exploits to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer our platform.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit intelligence reports generated by the platform without express authorization.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international privacy laws.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban without refund.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

CheckLastFollow offers recurring subscription plans (e.g., weekly or monthly) for enhanced tracking quotas, automated daily checks, and unblurred activity reports:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of your current paid period.
• Refund Policy: Due to the immediate computing costs associated with live social graph checks, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All website design, software code, graphic elements, algorithms, and branding of CheckLastFollow are the intellectual property of CheckLastFollow. We do not claim ownership over any third-party Instagram usernames, display names, avatars, or media retrieved during public queries. All such content remains the property of the respective account owners or Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high precision, social media networks frequently update their architectures, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckLastFollow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. DMCA & Copyright Takedown Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted content is being displayed on CheckLastFollow without authorization, you may submit a takedown request to support@checklastfollow.com with the subject "DMCA Takedown Request". Valid requests will be processed within 48 hours.
