3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree that you will:

• Provide a valid email address for authentication and notifications.
• Use the service solely in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Not use the service for stalking, harassment, intimidation, or unlawful surveillance of any individual.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, exploit, or bypass platform rate limits, paywalls, or automated security controls.

4. Public Data Processing

By using our service, you acknowledge that our platform processes only publicly accessible Instagram data to compute follower and following differences over time. We do not access, bypass, or intercept private accounts, private direct messages, or non-public credentials. All data processing conforms strictly with our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (including weekly and recurring tiers) provide access to expanded profile tracking quotas, automated 24-hour delta checks, unblurred activity reports, and email notifications:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., $9.99/week) at the beginning of each billing cycle through Stripe.
• Customer Portal Management: You can manage payment methods, download invoices, or cancel renewal at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible under Account Settings > Manage Subscription.
• Access Upon Cancellation: When you cancel renewal, your subscription remains active with full Pro access until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.

6. Refund Policy

In accordance with digital software and real-time computation service standards:

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next renewal date to prevent future charges.
• Because server resources, computational snapshots, and proxy infrastructure are immediately provisioned upon charge, we do not offer prorated or partial refunds once a billing period has commenced.
• If you believe a billing charge occurred as a result of a technical error, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction for prompt review.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, visual design, software code, and brand marks of our service are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
