The person you look up is never notified, and no other users or third parties have access to your searches, watchlists, or tracking history. We do not store data beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the follower tracking service.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our service:

• Account Email: Used exclusively for secure passwordless 6-digit OTP logins and optional follow/unfollow email notifications.
• Tracked Public Usernames: The public Instagram handles you voluntarily enter to monitor following and follower roster changes.
• Payment Information: Processed directly and securely through Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your full credit card number or CVV.

We do not collect IP addresses for tracking purposes, we do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not build tracking profiles for advertising networks.

3. Public Data Only & Zero Account Access

Our service processes only publicly accessible web data (public followers and following lists). We never access private accounts, private direct messages (DMs), or any non-public metadata.

4. Data Retention & Permanent Deletion

Follower roster snapshot baselines are retained only as long as needed to compare differences and deliver your follow and unfollow activity reports:

• Active Subscriptions: Snapshot history is maintained to power your activity timeline and automated delta checks.
• Subscription Cancellation: When your subscription ends, automated monitoring stops and tracked data is scheduled for routine cleanup.
• On-Demand Account Erasure: You can permanently delete your account, watchlists, snapshots, and alert history instantly at any time via Settings > Delete Account. Once confirmed, all associated records are permanently purged from our database immediately.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU & EEA Users)

If you are a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area, you hold statutory rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

• The right to access the personal data we store about you.
• The right to request rectification of inaccurate data.
